Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board

One of my favorite things to prepare for a party is a charcuterie board. I think they are the perfect thing to serve because everyone loves to snack and these offer a ton of variety and look so pretty as well! This year I hosted a small cocktails and cookies party with some of my girlfriends and I wanted to create a festive charcuterie board for the party. I searched Pinterest for some inspo and found some fun pictures of boards that are made to look like a wreath! So I decided to attempt one and I love how it turned out! It’s so cute and tasted even better!

To start, I cut some branches off our real Christmas tree to put around the board to make it look like a wreath. If you don’t have a real tree, you can also use rosemary sprigs from the grocery store. It’ll give the same feel and its food safe!

Since everyone at my party was going to bring a plate of cookies, I wanted to have more savory than sweet on my board but there’s no right or wrong way to make your board. In the past I’ve even done a board with only desserts! You can find that post here. I also got creative this year with cookie cutters and used star and gingerbread cutters for the cheese which adds a really fun and whimsical element to the board. And to top it all off, I added a super cute red bow! I found this one at Meijer for only a couple of bucks and it really completes the look!

Here is a list of everything I put on the board to give you some ideas! You can make these as simple or as fancy as you’d like so just have fun with it and your guests will love it! Enjoy!
