My Pink Lemonade Baby Sprinkle

We recently celebrated our sweet baby girl with a pink lemonade themed baby sprinkle and it was such a fun day! Since this is our second child and keeping the pandemic in mind, I wanted the sprinkle to be small and intimate. We had our closest family and friends over to celebrate our beautiful girl and I couldn’t have asked for a better day! Here are some pictures and all the details of our special day!

The Decor

For the decor, I wanted to splurge a little because I do believe this is our last child, and I was so excited to finally get my girl and wanted to throw a super girly sprinkle. The marquee letters were a show stopper and one of the first things guests saw when they walked into my home. The hot pink balloon arch and neon sign were perfect for the photo back drop and I used lemon wrapping paper I found at TJ Maxx as the background! I love creating an experience for my guests whenever I host a party and I think everyone loved all the small details!

Originally I was supposed to have this party outdoor under a tent but I cancelled the tent last minute due to lots of rain in our forecast. It ended up not raining during the sprinkle, however it was very humid that day so I am very glad I cancelled it. We would’ve all been so hot and sweaty and I know for a fact my hair would’ve turned into a giant frizz ball lol! Yay for air conditioning!

For the table, I loved the pink gingham charger plates which to me are the epitome of summer. Once I saw those, I knew I wanted my dress to be the same print. You can find my outfit details on my LIKEtoKNOW.it account here. For the centerpiece I used faux florals and lemons.

On the sweets buffet, I used pink, yellow, and white streamers to cover up the large art piece on the wall. The stripes reminded me of a lemonade stand awning and I think turned out so cute, not to mention a cheap way to make a statement wall! The wooden crates I purchased from Menards and spray painted them hot pink and yellow. The little banners going across I made out of construction paper and string.

Food + Drink

For food, I kept it simple with catered Jimmy Johns sub sandwiches as well as fruit cups, homemade pasta salad, and kettle chips. Desserts included, strawberry lemon cupcakes, vanilla cake pops, and sugar cookies. For drinks we had lemon water, raspberry lemonade, and limoncello moscato. Guests also had the option to add a little something extra to their lemonade with Svedka Pink Lemonade vodka. To hold the cake pops, I wrapped a floral foam in the same wrapping paper as the photo backdrop.
